POLYETHYLENE FOAM INSULATION
The polyethylene foam assures thermal insulation from surroundings.
Low density polyethylene foam: closed cells foam, CFC and HCFC gases free according to CEE/UE 2037/2000.
Thermal conductivity: at 40°C: λ = 0,038 W/(mK), as per ISO 8497.
Moisture diffusion coefficient: µ = 6.100 according to EN 13469 (µ=19.700 if required).
Average bulk density: 30 kg/m3.
Surface covering: grants repair from mechanical damages.
Colour: white.
Thickness: according to UNI 10376, suitable to avoid dripping in standard working conditions (fluid temperature inside 7°C, room temperature 27°C, relative humidity lower or equal than 50%).
Fire resistance: self-extinguish class 1, according to DM 26/06/1984 up-dated DM 03/09/2001.
Service temperature: -40°F (-40°C) to 230°F (110°C).
Marking: insulation is marked progressively every meter.
Applications: conditioning systems.

COPPER PIPE
Copper pipe assures the highest benefits in terms of hygiene and mechanical performances. Plastic caps maintain the inner pipe surface dry and clean.
Standards: according to ASTM B280 and European standard EN 12735-1. Suitable for R407 and R410 gases.
Material: C12200 Cu-DHP copper alloy, phosphorous deoxidized, annealed copper pipes.
Chemical composition: Cu ≥ 99,90%, maximum allowable phosphorous content 0,015-0,04%.
